The Mourning Family Foundation partners up with local municipalities to host a Family Fun Day focused on Health, Wellness & Nutrition. The Health & Wellness Family Fun Day begins with a 5K Run/Walk, Free Basketball and Football Clinics, Free Health Screenings, Food Trucks, Bounce Houses, Face Painting and a guest performance. Join us on Saturday, January 14, 2017 the City of North Miami will host Zo’s 5K Run/Walk and Health and Wellness Family Groove at the North Miami Athletic Stadium, at the campus of Alonzo and Tracy Mourning High School, located at 2555 NE 151st Street, North Miami, FL 33162. The day will begin with the Footlocker 5K Run/Walk, and conclude with a Family Fun day, complete with FREE entertainment, health screenings, zumba and crossfit sessions, sports clinics (basketball and football) for the youth, bounce houses and face painting for kids.
